Background
Logan is a current Masters student in the Geochemistry interdisciplinary program at Colorado School of Mines. He received his chemistry bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College, with a concentration in environmental studies. In the Strathmann group, Logan’s current research involves hydrothermal alkaline treatment as a tool for the measurement of total per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in environmental water and soil samples. Outside of academics, Logan enjoys running, hiking and camping.
